Based in decades of research and application, the FLIP IT method uses four supportive steps to help young children learn about their feelings, gain self-control, increase problem-solving skills, and ultimately reduce challenging behavior. While developed for children 3-8 years, the FLIP IT method can be used with people of ALL ages.
